Credit Cards Accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Sales Tax: We charge Connecticut Sales Tax (6%) on orders delivered to addresses in Connecticut. No tax will be charged if you provide a copy of your current Connecticut Resale Certificate.

Shipping: We ship to locations in the United States and Canada.

Returns: You must call us within 15 days of placing the order. Returns will not be accepted without a Returns Material Authorization (RMA) number. Merchandise must be returned freight pre-paid in original packaging.

Restocking Fee: Returned merchandise is subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Shipping & Handling Charges: Shipping charges are calculated by the quantity of cartons, weight of each, your location/zip code and the shipping service and options you choose. Please note any special shipping instructions.

Orders: Orders received by 2:00 PM EST Monday - Friday will ship same day. Orders received after the 2:00 PM EST cutoff time, will ship the next business day.
